White Eco-Solvent Ink

Roland DGA says its White ECO-SOL MAX ink is the most advanced eco-solvent white ink to date. The ink is formulated specifically for use with Roland’s 54-in. (1372-mm) SOLJET PRO III XC-540 inkjet printer/cutter and is said to offer even higher levels of brightness, opacity, and durability over the original Roland white ink. It also reportedly delivers superior imaging across a variety of transparent media for text and graphics that reflect crisp, defined edges and smooth gradations. ECO-SOL MAX can be printed as an undercoat to increase the opacity and vividness of four-color printing and has been tested, profiled, and certified on coated and uncoated media, including Roland’s SCM-SPVCT clear adhesive vinyl and ESM-CCVP clear calendered vinyl with permanent adhesive. The inks are designed to be scratch and chemical resistant, and they’re supported by Roland VersaWorks 2.6 RIP software.
