Wide-Format Inkjet Printer

Canon’s ImagePrograf 700 uses the company’s new five-color dye-and-pigment reactive-ink system and can print on sheet- and roll-fed media up to 36 in. (914 mm) wide at resolutions up to 2400 x 1200 dpi. CMYK inks are dye-based, and matte black (MBK) is a pigmented formulation. The printer comes standard with a rotary-blade media cutter and is bundled with driver software and Canon’s PosterArtist 2006, a software application that enables users to design graphics and signage from a variety of stock images, edit text, create custom layouts, or use templates.
