Workhorse Offers N-Series Numbering System

Workhorse Offers N-Series Numbering System

Lightweight, aluminum numbering device for garment printing.

Workhorse has added the N-Series Numbering System, a lightweight aluminum device designed for screen printing numbers onto garments. The system is engineered to facilitate placement and allow screens to be installed and removed without adjusting or clamping; the screen is the only moving component.

The N-Series Numbering System utilizes industrial magnets to secure the screen while allowing for repositioning and fine-tuning registration; a precise ruler for aligning numbers; and three steel rails to allow the garment to slide over the assembly head. The company reports mounting the N-Series head is no different than loading a standard screen, allowing screens to be mounted, dismounted, and adjusted as usual.

The system is available in three package levels. N-1 is engineered for printing 1 color on a single-head manual press, while N-2 is a dual head for printing 2-color numbers. The N-2 Four-Head Professional is designed for 1- and 2-color numbers, with optional ready-to-print screens available from 2 to 12 in. Custom fonts available upon request.
