Xanté Announces Acquisition Plans

Xanté Corp., Mobile, AL, announced its plans to acquire, in separate transactions, Citrus Heights, CA-based RIPit Imaging Systems, Inc. and Exxtra Imaging Systems, Inc., Hauppauge, NY. According to Xané, the companies have agreed on financial terms of both acquisitions. RIPit Imaging Systems, Inc. provides software RIPs for the prepress and graphic-imaging markets.
