The license authorizes Clear Focus to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, and/or import, lease, or otherwise distribute, transfer, or dispose of products covered by the patents in the US and Canada. The company obtained the license to benefit its customers who will no longer face demands for individual patent licenses nor the threat of patent-infringement litigation from Contra Vision in the US or Canada.
