The Q-CUT is the newest addition to Kutrite’s stable of CNC routers. The unit features a 5 x 10-ft (1.5 x 3.0-m) table, a 10-HP vacuum pump, and an 11-HP, liquid-cooled router spindle that operates at up to 50,000 RPM. Q-CUT uses HSK 32 E tool holders and comes standard with an eight-position, automatic, carousel-type tool changer. It’s also equipped with MGE’s i-cut operating system and camera and a FANUC Oi front-end PC controller.
