Creative Materials Acquires Noelle Industries

Creative Materials, Inc, Ayer, MA, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Noelle Industries. Noelle manufactures encapsulants, potting compounds, adhesives and coatings. Their products are specialty-formulated epoxies, urethanes, silicones and UV-curable acrylic materials that are widely used in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, mechanical assembly and other OEM markets.


Creative Materials, Inc, Ayer, MA, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Noelle Industries. Noelle manufactures encapsulants, potting compounds, adhesives and coatings. Their products are specialty-formulated epoxies, urethanes, silicones and UV-curable acrylic materials that are widely used in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, mechanical assembly and other OEM markets.

Key staff of Noelle will be moving to Creative Materials’ Ayer, Massachusetts facilities, and we will combine our manufacturing operations. Noelle will continue to serve its customers and offer the same products and services. Noelle Industries will do business as a division of Creative Materials.
