Digital Hybrid Printing: Infinite Possibilities

WITH VARIABLE DATA, allows for every shirt to be unique. For this series, the data set permitted for approximately 7000 different prints to be made with the same screen-printed underbase. The common elements were the face, flowers, and neckpiece, overprinted by DTG using a hybrid printer. Each shirt was completely different than the next, yet together their similarity conveyed a unified brand story.

Sugar Skull For this print, discharge was used to achieve the hairstyle, while the skull outline was screen printed with a holographic glass-effect ink.

Geisha The hairstyle for this print was also achieved through discharge. The wave pattern was screen printed with gold metallic ink.

Masquerade  The hairstyle in this design was screen printed with water-based ink. The shirt also incorporates a glitter effect.
