Does Your Company Have E-Textiles on Your Roadmap? Get Real-World Education at IPC E-Textiles 2020 Virtual Summit, Oct. 1-2

IPC E-Textiles 2020 Virtual Summit provides strategies for how to turn an e-textiles-based concept into production as a real-world project. The two-day event will consist of educational workshops followed by interactive panel discussions with attendees. Speakers will use web cameras during presentations and panel discussions, and attendees are encouraged to do the same.

This event is ideal for companies actively involved in e-textiles development, EMS and OEM companies, or materials suppliers investigating how to apply e-textiles technologies to future products. 

The event will feature the following Workshops:

October 1

•    E-Textiles Products for Consumer and Medical Applications
Speakers: Madison Maxey, LOOMIA, Md.; Tahmidul Islam Molla, Cornell University; Paul J. Wagner, Minnesota Wire
•    Material Issues and Wash Factors
Speakers: Chuck Kinzel, Liquid Wire; Lauren Cantley, MIT Lincoln Laboratory; Mary Johnson, P+G Fabric and Air Care

October 2

•    E-Textiles for Defense and Government Applications
Speakers: Brian Farrell, Human Systems Integration; Carole Winterhalter, U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command 
•    University of Minnesota Wearable Technology Lab Demonstrations
We may not physically be in Minnesota this year, but IPC will bring the University of Minnesota Wearable Technology Lab to your desktop. During this session, students and faculty will provide demonstrations and discussions on recent projects and lab capabilities.

Registration for IPC E-Textiles 2020 is just $120 for IPC members, $150 for nonmembers. All workshops will be recorded if registrants cannot attend every session.
