Environmentally-Friendly Inks

Megaink formulated its BioMG inks from renewable sources. The inks reportedly have undergone stringent testing and have proven to be UV, scratch, and alcohol resistant, as well as less odorous than traditional solvent-based inks. The inks are available in cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light magenta, and light cyan for Mimaki and Roland printers. Megaink says that by the beginning of 2008, BioMG inks also will be available to all wide and superwide-format printers that Megaink offers in its product portfolio.
