Version 7.1 of Onyx’s ProductionHouse, PosterShop, and RIPCenter software is now available. New features include a Profile Download Client for obtaining media profiles, support for Pantone Goe System, support for Microsoft Vista, and dual-mode printer drivers for continuous-tone and halftone printers. Upgrades were also made to RIP-and-print, Layout, and Media Manager functions. Version 7.1 also includes support for more printers and cutters. New printers supported include units from Canon’s ImagePROGRAF line, Epson’s Stylus Pro line, and Mimaki’s JV line. New cutter support includes models from Graphtec’s CS Series, Roland’s XC540 and GX Series, Mimaki;s CG-75 ML, and flatbed units from MultiCam, Aristo, and Zünd. Onyx Graphics, 6915 S.
