Garment Inkjet Printer

OmniPrint designed its Texjet direct-to-garment inkjet printer to print short runs of T-shirts at high resolutions. The unit supports printing at 360-2880 dpi, a maximum print size of 16.4 x 24.2 in. (416.6 x 614.7 mm), prints speeds up to 60 shirts/hr, unidirectional and bidirectional printing, bulk inks, and head adjustments of ±1 in. (25.4 mm). Texjet uses four-color (CMYK) pigmented inks that are designed for cotton, polyester, blends, and more. Inks must be set at 305 °F (151.7 °C) for approximately 30 sec. The operating system is compatible with Macs via USB and Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP. RIP software is included.
