Lengyel was looking for a purchasing opportunity closer to home and after her interview; Gilman Brothers agreed they were a perfect match.

Lengyel was looking for a purchasing opportunity closer to home and after her interview; Gilman Brothers agreed they were a perfect match.
Having past experience in fiber optic, electronic device, medical device, plastic extrusion, Federal Grant writing, and international purchasing she will be a huge asset to Gilman Brothers. She was also on a Six Sigma Black Belt committee to consolidate and add Hazardous Materials to the Bill of Materials to better track usage and expiration. Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools for process improvement. It was developed by Motorola in 1986 making it central to their business strategy at General Electric in 1995 and is used in many industrial sectors today.
