The Dri-Box DB-30 is the newest addition to the Vastex line of dryers. The single-chamber dryer is designed for small shops. The unit is 4 ft (1.2 m) long and is equipped with a 30-in. (762-mm) wide, Teflon-coated, fiberglass belt. Curing speeds range from 80-100 shirts/hr. The dryer features the X-series belt-tracking system and has a 2- to 7-in. (51- to 178-mm) adjustable belt-to-heater clearance. The height-adjustment mechanism can be tilted to accommodate irregularly shaped items, such as baseball caps and mugs. The DB-30 has two system controls: a variable DC belt speed control and an infrared focusing control. Other features include diagnostic pilot lights, a lift-off chamber for transportation, heat-resistant internal parts, and anti-rust treatment on all steel with a baked-on enamel finish. Users can add chambers and/or belt extensions in 18-in. (457-mm) sections up to 8.5 ft (2.6 m). Options include the Scrub Air system for curing delicate fabrics, temperature control, power exhaust, legs, casters, and a laser temperature gun. Vastex Screen Printing Equipment, 1032 N.
