The press has an estimated production capacity of 600-800 pieces/hr and features a 40-in. (1016-mm) belt width and an infrared/convection drying system that includes the Flash Phase Cure Booster. Flash Phase is designed to speed production by raising the garment and ink temperatures quickly with the flip of a switch. It powers the first heat zone while the remaining heat zone is regulated by the digital temperature control. Other features include medium-wave IR elements, turbo air knives, heated air recovery that draws preheated air from beneath the belt and returns it to the oven area for energy efficiency, adjustable oven doors, removable oven hood for operator access, and four-point belt tracking.
