Laminating/Diecutting System

Spartanics says its Smart Laminator-Die Cut System will help converters and plastics printers who handle applications involving extensive core stocks or similarly high-priced laminates to reduce material waste costs. The machine is designed to synchronize roll lamination and diecutting operations in order to minimize the typical causes of stock and laminate-production waste. The system’s sensors are said to offer several advantages, including eliminating waste of core sheets, reducing overlaminate waste, and shrinking downtime from laminator fault conditions by detecting low laminate film supply or broken laminate rolls and automatically stopping the system.
