Manual Screen Press

Looking for the fastest manual screen press in the world? HIX says it offers just that in its NP Premier Printer. The machine is expandable from one to six colors and one to six stations, and HIX says screens can be leveled and ready for use within seconds. The press comes standard with toll-free on/off-contact and inclination adjustments, all heads down printing, back screen clamps, and microregistration, Timken tapered roller bearings in the center shaft, and 15 x 15-in. (381 x 381-mm) wood-laminate shirt boards. Upgrades and options include aluminum short boards, side clamps, support for large-format printing—up to 36 x 36 in (914 x 914 mm), cap-printing attachment, air-lift assist, King PIN registration, and vacuum platen for transfers/films/rigid substrates.
