Massivit 3D Expands Business Strategy to Permeate Engineering Markets, Forging Partnership with UK-Based Distributor, Solid Print3D

Massivit 3D Printing Technologies, the leading provider of large-build 3D printing solutions, has announced a new partnership with Solid Print3D ‒ an established UK supplier of 3D printing solutions ‒ to distribute Massivit 3D’s portfolio of 3D printers and services across the UK and Ireland.

Solid Print3D, a recognized provider of 3D printing solutions with over 19,000 UK engineering and design customers, is the sister business to Solid Solutions – a major reseller of SolidWorks. Solid Print3D is set to deepen penetration of Massivit 3D’s solutions in the UK and Ireland territories, assuming responsibility for sales, installation, maintenance, and technical support as well as provision of Massivit 3D’s patented 3D printing materials.

Erez Zimerman, Massivit 3D’s CEO, commented: “We are thrilled to forge this partnership with Solid Print3D, an established provider of comprehensive 3D printing solutions and services. We see this as an essential step forwards in further permeating the EMEA region and introducing to the UK and Ireland the clear benefits of production speed and scale facilitated by large-volume 3D printing” said Zimerman. “In particular, we believe that manufacturers and designers can now gain enormous business value from Massivit 3D’s technology that has been shown to shave weeks off the product development phase, ultimately shortening time-to-market.”

Massivit 3D’s move to broaden its strategic direction into the engineering arena is fuelled by a recognized market gap among designers and manufacturers when it comes to high-speed production of full-scale prototypes and tooling.

According to Solid Print3D’s Founder and Managing Director, Neil Sewell, Massivit 3D’s printing solutions serve as a perfect fit for their current portfolio:

“At Solid Print3D we pride ourselves on being able to offer a variety of Additive Manufacturing solutions to a variety of business sectors. We feel integrating Massivit 3D into our portfolio allows us to supply a unique 3D printing technology that will engage multiple markets thanks to its speed and size. With the ability to produce large parts quicker than any other technology, we believe Massivit 3D is a disruptor and will transform the large-volume 3D printing marketplace. We are incredibly proud to partner with Massivit 3D and look forward to working closely with them moving forward.”

Solid Print3D will be collaborating with Massivit 3D in the coming months to host various webinars and virtual demonstration.
