Oracal USA, Jacksonville, FL, formed a strategic marketing partnership with Lansdale, PA-based CeeLite, a developer of light-emitting-capacitor (LEC) technology. Under the partnership, Oracal will work with CeeLite to develop materials designed to provide optimal results when using CeeLite technology as a backlit medium. The products will be used primarily for outdoor advertising and commercial and architectural graphics applications.
