Print-Estimating Software

The addition Estimator Corp. recently made to its standard estimating software is specifically designed for wide-format-imaging applications. Estimator says it has added an easy-access tab to instantly provide up to four quantities employing all the correct parameters used in the wide-format field. The tab will be included in any of the current Estimating versions at no extra cost. The software features artificial intelligence and single-screen design. New features include variable paper pricing and Press Select, which chooses the best available press and guides the user in which press (digital, sheet-fed, or web) should be used. Press-Select displays three options with prices. Remote Quote allows users to create an estimate from remote locations and send it via e-mail to a company computer for addition into its database. The latest edition of the software includes a connection to QuickBooks. Estimator offers five price levels for companies of different sizes, and all levels include setup and installation in the client’s facility. All Estimator software versions include annual full live maintenance, releases, and updates. Estimator Corp., 35 Evergreen Pkwy., Westport, CT 06880, 203-682-6436, Web: www.estimatorcorp.com.
