Printing Press for Styrofoam Cups

Need to print images onto styrofoam cups but don’t have the capability to do so? Systematic Automation developed a screen-printing press to handle the job. The 3/4-automatic press is designed for quick changeover from one size cup to another and from one screen image to another. Operators manually load cups in the nine o’clock position on the rotary indexer. The cups are printed at the 12 o’clock position and removed manually at the three o’clock position. The press offers speeds of approximately one impression/sec. The rotary indexer turns with minimal force for operator safety and machine protection. Attachment for fully automatic loading and take-off are available.
