Prism Inks Launches its Own Brand of Products

Prism Inks, Sunnyvale, CA, a developer and manufacturer of digital inks for private-label customers, announced it has made a major shift in its business approach and will launch products under its own brand name for the first time. For the past ten years, Prism Inks has exclusively developed and manufactured inks for various printer and printhead manufacturers, along with other ink companies and major OEM distributors.

The first product launch under Prism’s brand name is Prismatic D2F, an aqueous, direct-to-fabric, pigmented formulation for use with Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, and Epson printers. The ink set is available in Hexachrome colors. Prism Inks also will launch TexMax aqueous, pigmented inks for use with Brother garment printers. Bulk ink systems also will be available for the printers.
