Streator’s assignment addresses the needs of Screen’s growing customer base employing print-on-demand inkjet solutions across the targeted market segments of high-speed continuous printing, narrow-web label printing, and wide-format and industrial printing. As the newest member of the Screen Americas service team, Streator will be responsible for managing the company’s client-centered call center services. The addition of Streator to the service team further demonstrates Screen’s commitment to a customer-first culture as Screen’s POD inkjet business continues to grow.

“Screen’s customers thrive in technically demanding and time-sensitive print production environments,” said Jim Rivest, national service manager. “Call handling is a vital part of our service mission. Our goal is always to solve customer issues faster. Lisa has shown herself to be a resourceful, people-oriented professional who understands the nuances associated with the printing industry.”

Streator offers Screen more than 25 years of multifaceted experience working for a variety of small and large companies, including Eastman Kodak Co. She has served as executive assistant, global administrative assistant and treasury operations assistant, among other positions.
