Stahls’ Transfer Express developed its Elasti Print to enable apparel decorators to apply transfers to cotton, polyester, and cotton/polyester blends at low heat (approximately 275ºF for 15 sec). Stahls’ says Elasti Print has the same look and feel as direct screen-printed images and can be ordered in single or multiple colors. Users can create a custom design online with Easy Prints templates, with a five-piece minimum. If users send in custom artwork, the minimum order is ten pieces. According to Stahls’, orders with a one-color Easy Prints design ship in one day, orders with multicolor Easy Prints designs ship in two days, and orders with custom artwork ship in three days.
