Are you paying your employees enough? Find out when you take the 2016 SGIA Wage, Salary and Sales Compensation Survey!

“This survey can help better understand the amounts employees are being paid, and companies can use this information to adjust their compensation strategies to give them an edge over their competition,” said Dan Marx, SGIA’s Vice President of Markets and Technologies.

The annual survey collects data from the imaging industry — no matter your printing community — about salary and benefits information for various positions based on:

• Annual sales revenue
• Geographic location
• Number of employees
• Product specialty

Competitive compensation is one of the major factors for attracting (and keeping!) the best employees available. Participation in this survey will give you an inside look at where you fall on the spectrum, and if you need to make critical changes in your business to better serve you and your staff.

After the survey data is analyzed, all participants will receive a complete copy of the report. Take the 2016 Wage, Salary and Sales Compensation Survey now — the June 13 deadline is fast approaching!
