UV Inkjet Printer

DuPont designed its Cromaprint 22UV to support high-volume, high-speed production. The flatbed/roll-fed UV inkjet printer supports an image area up to 82 in. (2083 mm) wide, print speeds up to 441 sq ft/hr (41 sq m/hr), resolutions up to 800 x 600 dpi, and substrates up to 2 in. (51 mm) thick. The printer features 14 Spectra piezo printheads that jet a UV-curable inkset (CMYK + LcLm + White), a five-zone vacuum system to handle a variety of media, front to back registration for rigid materials, and an automatic take-up system for roll-to-roll operation. DuPont
