Vacuum Tables for Digital Flatbed Printers

Graphic Parts International’s new substrate-holddown tables are built around an all-aluminum honeycomb core and covered with top and bottom plates for added strength. GPI says the non-oxidizing anodized aluminum tabletop resists warping and is extremely durable. A stainless-steel table is available for demanding applications. Formica and phenolic tables also are available for material-sensitive and non-conductive jobs. A 10 x 25-ft (3.1 x 7.6-m) table, with a 250-sq-ft (23-sq-m) surface, is available for oversized substrates. Vacuum motors feature a multi-stage, centrifugal design to provide the proper amount of holddown, and the brushless motors emit no sparks. The tables are offered in a range of voltage configurations. GPI, 4321 N. Knox Ave., Chicago, IL 60641-1906, 773-725-4900, 800-444-7278, fax: 773-777-0909, e-mail: sales@awt-gpi.com, Web: www.gpiparts.com.
