This was a huge step and it is an honor to become the first GOTS v5.0-certified gin in the US.”

GOTS v5.0 certification is awarded to operations that are 100-percent compliant with all GOTS standards and requirements, including high-level environmental criteria for processing organics and socially responsible manufacturing processes, according to a release from Woolam Gin partner Applied DNA Sciences.
