Vastex has introduced what it describes as a major upgrade to the DRI-Vault 10-screen drying cabinet. The dimensions of the cabinet have been increased to hold screens measuring 25 x 36 in. (635 x 914 mm), the same as the DRI-Vault 24 screen cabinet. The model number of the larger DRI-Vault is VDC-253610. A new, larger version (model VDC-253810) will hold screens up to 25 x 38 in. (635 x 965 mm) Both screen drying cabinets have controls that make it possible to tailor the temperature and air flow to individual shop conditions,a nd they feauture the option of running air only or air and heat. The new DRI-Vault cabinets hold screens on angled shelves to prevent mesh fabric from touching. The DRI-Vault is available in 120 or 240 volt, while the 24-screen version comes only in 240 volt. Available options include stainless-steel shelves and locking casters. A 15-amp Nema 5-15P plug is standard, but international styles are available upon request.
