KAPCO welcomes two new additions to its family of sign-vinyl supplies. Kapco Ultra-Cut II stencil is a semi-rigid, general-purpose material designed to conform to curved or irregular surfaces. It is an 8.5-mil, 0.0085-in.-thick (0.22-mm), white, clay-coated polyethylene with a repositionable adhesive on a natural Kraft backing. Ultra-Cut II is suitable for applications of characters 0.25 in. (6.4 mm) and larger, and can withstand temperatures up to 180°F (82°C).

Synthetic Stencil Board-Cut (SSB-Cut) is a 10-mil, 0.010-in.-thick (0.254-mm), semi-rigid, coated polyethylene material featuring a natural Kraft backing with a removable adhesive. The stencil can be used for applications of characters 0.5 in. (12.7 mm) and larger. SSB-Cut also can withstand temperatures up to 180°F. KAPCO says both stencil materials resist inks, paints, and stains, and its coating protects against runs and smears common with plastic stencils. Both products also are reusable, non-toxic, and recyclable, and are available in 100-ft (30.5-m) rolls with widths of 15, 24, and 30 in. (381, 610, and 762 mm).
