Screen Press for Tubes and Jars
Dubuit Group’s 902 T-Type is an automatic screen press designed to image onto tubes and jars. It features a camera-based registration system, roller lacuqering unit for matte and glossy UV varnishes, five printing heads equipped with servo-driven squeegees, inflatable mandrels for large tube diamteres, and more. Dubuit says the system offers accurate and easy setup and simplified adjustments. The 902 supports print speeds of 5000 tubes/hr or 4000 jars/hr and accepts product diameters from 0.75-4.0 in.
