The TX300P-1800B textile printer from Mimaki offers direct-to-fabric printing for a variety of applications. The 74-in. machine features an advanced belt transfer system for feeding stretchy and thin fabrics, rear tension bars, an embedded belt washing mechanism, and belt feed compensation for belt cleaning and image stability.

The textile printer utilizes high-gap printheads for printing on textiles of varying thickness, composition, and stability. Dual-ink configuration allows users to choose two ink sets for printing different types of fabric. Options include Ac400 acid dye, Dd400 disperse dye, Rc400 reactive dye, Sb420 for direct-to-fabric dye sublimation, and Tp400 textile pigment. Tp400 and Sb420 are engineered for use without washing or steaming.

Additional features include Mimaki’s Bulk Ink System 3 with 2-L capacity, a nozzle check unit and recovery system, the company’s Advanced Pass System 4, variable dot printing, and waveform control for precision. Mimaki’s TxLink3 RIP software for textile color management is optional. Applications include samples and short runs of fashion textiles, sportswear, interior décor, flags, banners, and more.
