HP, Boeblingen, Germany, announced the establishment of its new Graphic Solutions Business (GSB) and describes it as a reinforcement of HP’s goals to accelerate digital page growth, deliver best-in-class solutions to customers, and take advantage of the global graphic-arts market. The Graphics Solutions Business structure now encompasses design, sign and display, indigo digital presses, specialty printing systems, high-speed inkjet production solutions, light production solutions, and all related supplies.

Michael Hoffmann, senior vice president, will lead the new business worldwide. Other appointments include Ernest Sales, vice president and general manager, GSB EMEA; Francois Martin, EMEA GSB marketing director; Marc Schillemans, vice president and general manager, HP Indigo EMEA; Wayne Davey, sign and display business director, EMEA; and Merce Barcons, EMEA design business director.
