METALgrommets.com recently introduced an alignment fixture for its ClipsShop CSTEP-2 manual grommet press to further assure the precise alignment and spacing of grommets and speed production. The GrommetSniper lets users space grommets 0.625-3.0 in. (15.9-76.2 mm) from the edge of their substrate and locate the distance between grommets from 2.5-24 in. (63.5-610 mm). The steel alignment fixture mounts onto the CSTEP-2 base and is fully adjustable. It features laser-etched inch and metric markings, requires no special tools, and once set can be locked into place by hand using wing-nuts.
