Sefar recently rolled out its enhanced STF retensionable frames with improvements designed to increase performance. The frames offer three roller diameters for increased durability and two roller-wall thicknesses 0.080 in. on 1.4- and 1.6-in. (2.03 mm on 35.6- and 41-mm) dia. rollers and 0.120 in. on 2.0-in. (3.05 mm on 50.8-mm) dia. rollers to resist frame deflection under tension. Other features include stainless-steel bolts and washers to avoid corrosion, encapsulated end caps to seal out water, and pre-assembled corners with lubricated parts. STF frames are available in standard and custom sizes between 23-43 in. (584-1092 mm) and fit in automatic and manual presses. Locking strips, a torque wrench, and a tensioning wrench also are available and are compatible with existing roller-frame systems.
