Vastex has announced the 18 x 48-in. LittleRed X1D compact infrared conveyer dryer, featuring a heater spanning the entire belt width. The machine reaches curing speeds of 27 garments/hr for DTG printing with white ink, 81 discharge or water-based screen-printed garments/hr, and 162 plastisol garments/hr. Features include modifiable belt-to-heater clearance for bulky objects, dual digital PID temperature controller, power exhaust to remove moisture and cool the machine, X-Series conveyor belt roller tracking system, and more. Users can opt to add supplementary features such as additional heating chambers and belt extensions, locking casters, and creeper gear.
