Mutoh America has added the 24-in. ValueJet 628X and 64-in. ValueJet 1628X white and metallic ink printers to its Eco-Ultra line. The 8-color machines, designed for creating vehicle wraps, decals, banners, tradeshow graphics, and more, include the Mutoh Metallic Color Library, with 506 blended colors. The series features Mutoh Smart Printing technology, which includes Intelligent Interweave printing technique to prevent banding, ValueJet Status Monitor app for remote monitoring, and Mutoh Virtual Storefront.

Both models print at a max. resolution of 1440 dpi and include an automatic sheet cutter and FlexiPrint SE RIP. The 628X offers an optional stand and take-up, as well as a 1-year warranty, and prints up to 433 sq ft/hr.

In addition, the 1628X features a rear media feed lever, standard take-up (heavy duty optional), ColorVerify process control system, and optional SpectroVue VM-10 spectrophotometer for profile making. Prints up to 600 sq ft/hr and includes a 2-year warranty.
