SwissQprint has released two new large-format flatbed printers: the Impala LED and Nyala LED. The machines’ LED curing capability reduces energy consumption and is said to expand the range of printable substrates. The machines feature reengineered beam architecture for improved stability, enhanced bed flatness, and the ability to cure the company’s standard UV inks; special inks are not required. Software automatically adjusts UV output power when using LED inks.
