Kiwo has released a high solids emulsion, Polycol Versa-Tex Plus, for use with plastisol, water-based, and phthalate- and PVC-free inks. The emulsion can also be used with high-solids, co-solvent, and discharge inks. Screens can be imaged with computer-to-screen imaging systems and LED exposure units. Polycol Versa-Tex Plus is designed for optimum stencil thickness with fewer coats, drip-free coating on coarse mesh counts, and improved reproduction of fine details.
