BBC designed its LB06-4000 direct-to-garment conveyor dryer in conjunction with manufacturers of digital garment printers. The dryer measures 64 in. long x 28 in. wide x 46 in. high (1626 x 711 x 1168 mm) and is equipped with digital belt-speed control (0.5-15 ft/min), 18-in. (457-mm) belt width, Black Body heaters, and a floating belt-tracking guide. BBC says the LB06-4000 is compact, lightweight, and versatile, and features a 40-sec cure, maintains vibrant and intense colors on garments, and offers heat controls that allow for the curing of plastisol inks. Other features include locking casters, an exhaust outlet, double-wall insulation, chamber adjustment, and a chain-driven gear drive.
