Workhorse Products engineered its new Powerhouse PQ3011 drying system for peak efficiency and productivity. The 11-ft (3.4-m) infrared/convection dryer has a 30-in.-wide (762-mm) belt and a Flash Phase Cure Booster, which Workhorse says raises garment and ink temperatures quickly for faster production. It fully powers the unit’s first heat zone, while the remaining heat zone is regulated by a digital temperature control. The Powerhouse PQ3011 also features a medium-wave IR quartz element and turbo air knives. Adjustable oven doors help maintain temperature, and four-point belt tracking can help ease belt setup and extend belt life.
