It contains 312 printheads using the company’s High Dynamic Range technology, employing three dots sizes (15, 30, and 45 pL). The printer uses HP’s HDR250 Scitex inks, quoted for up to 2 years of outdoor weather resistance, supplied in 10-L cartridges. HP offers a choice of manual, semiautomatic, and ¾-automatic configurations; systems for fully automatic loading are available through HP partners. Up to four sheets can be printed simultaneously with an optional multi-sheet loader kit.
