Model X2D-54 includes a 53.9-in-wide belt with two 48-in. IR heaters and curing speeds reaching 480 garments/hr with plastisol inks, 180 garments/hr with water-based inks, and 52 garments/hr with DTG white ink at 3.5 min dwell time.
Both models include a preheating zone designed to maximize dwell time, dual-zone heat controls to maintain a consistent temperature, a powered exhaust system to remove moisture from the heating chamber, and a 66-in.-long conveyor with a low-friction belt aligner and belt speed controls.
