Vastex’s newest addition to its Dri-Box series of dryers is equipped with two 2600-w heaters that increase its production capacity from 8-100 shirts/hr to 160-200 shirts/hr. The DB-II-30 is a 30-in. (762-mm) belt dryer that features separate heater controls, separate heater-height adjustment and tilt, and the X-series conveyor and belt-tracking system. The adjustments allow users to set the dryer for T-shirts, caps, jackets, performance wear, and more. Other features include legs, expandable chambers and/or belt extensions, diagnostic pilot lights, lift-off heater, ball bearings on the belt pulleys, and wide feed and exit openings.
