Vastex Expands Belt Width for Little Red X3D-4 Dryer

Vastex is now offering a 54-in. version of its LittleRed X3D-54 multifunction dryer. The machine is designed for curing plastisol, water-based, discharge, and inkjet inks. The new model features a high-powered preheating zone designed to boost ink temperatures past 300 F within the first few in. of conveyor travel, maximizing the amount of time garments are exposed to the optimum curing temperature. It features three 48-in.-wide heaters that are digitally controlled and height-adjustable, precision thermal profiling, and a targeted exhaust system designed to rapidly remove moisture and contaminates from the heating chamber.
