2018 Continuous Improvement Conference Call for Speakers

Published

on

What makes the Continuous Improvement (CI) Conference a hit year after year is the truth telling! Figuring out how to engage employees to reach performance goals, choosing the right improvement tools, and recovering from setbacks are the reality of being a CI-driven printing company. Presenters share their experiences—good and bad—and learn from other attendees. As we prepare for our 2018 event, we are searching for printing companies willing to discuss their CI achievements.

The 2018 CI Conference will be held April 8-11 in Chicago, Illinois. It is the ideal place for individuals to share experiences with leadership, culture, specific processes and tools (5S, quick makeready, etc.), automation, and HR practices that help achieve operational excellence. Speakers can be top executives or operations/production/process improvement managers leading CI initiatives.
