The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) is hosting a Garment Decorators Luncheon at the 2018 SGIA Expo (Las Vegas, October 18–20). The luncheon will be held on Friday, October 19, 12:00–1:30 pm.

Designed by SGIA’s Garment Decorators Committee, the Garment Decorators Luncheon will give attendees the opportunity to network with their peers and discuss the latest trends in consumer culture that are impacting this industry segment.

"The Garment Decoration community is seeing enormous change. With intuition and forward thinking — and with the tools available today — shops can reach and fulfill more customers and drastically expand their offerings,” said Sarah Perkins, Director of Community Development, SGIA.

The Garment Decorators Luncheon will focus on motivating business leaders to innovate in today’s market, and brand advisor riCardo Crespo, CCO, Th13teen, will lead that charge. Crespo will discuss how to appeal to next-generation consumers and will share tools for responding to the shifting landscape of garment decoration.

“riCardo was an instrumental part of THREADX 2018; it was a no-brainer to bring him back for our Garment Decorators Luncheon,” said Perkins. “He has the unique ability to connect with his audiences and get to the heart of what is driving their businesses.”

Crespo will also set the stage for THREADX 2019 (San Diego, February 17–19), where he will emcee and expand on the ideas he introduces in Las Vegas.

Tickets for the Garment Decorators Luncheon are $30 and can be purchased when you register for the Expo. Visit sgia.org/expo or contact Sarah Perkins for more information.
