Ordering products and keeping up to date with the important changes and announcements for Brother DTG customers is easy with the company’s Partner Portal. This one-stop website allows you to easily search for consumables, inks, and accessories using a search engine or a navigation bar.

Products include parts for the full line of Brother printers and ancillary equipment such as pretreatment machines and heat presses; as well as accessories such as platens, and all consumables. For each product, you can make sure you are selecting the right item by viewing a picture and reading the description, which includes the designated printer model it works with.

In the case of accessories, most have a video link to view and understand how the item works and its advantages. In addition, a history of purchases is kept for you to reference to ensure you are ordering the intended product and the last time it was refilled.

A news section keeps you updated on equipment, firmware and software as well as upcoming trade shows and events.

To access the portal, you will need to register for the Brother Authorized Partner Program. Go to www.brotherdtg.com/supplies where you will be asked to register your contact information and equipment serial number or name of distributor from which you purchased your machine.

You will upload your credit card information or apply for terms so that future purchases will be quick and seamless. For users that are tax exempted, you can submit a tax resale certification to prevent being charged sales tax on each purchase.
