Sign Works, Inc. Signs up for North America’s First Anapurna M3200 Printing System

Sign Works, Inc. of Bensenville, Illinois has become the first print service provider to install the Anapurna M3200 RTR from Agfa Graphics. The 126-inch, 6-color Anapurna M3200 roll-to-roll system is designed for flexible media printing suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

Founded in 1976, Sign Works (www.signworks.com) has grown over the years, currently calling a 25,000 square-foot facility just on the outskirts of Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport home. The addition of the Anapurna M3200 RTR has allowed Sign Works the ability to offer its customers, primarily other sign and printing companies, better products and faster service.

"The speed of the Anapurna M3200 RTR compared to what we currently have on our 120" wide roll printers has helped us increase production and offer increased print quality on fabrics and wallpaper," said Greg Janowiak, President, Sign Works. "Installation of the Anapurna M3200 RTR went very smoothly, along with training. It was an easy learning curve for our operators."

The Anapurna M3200 RTR is a dedicated roll-to-roll printer specifically built for heavy 24/7 workloads. It is ideal for a wide variety of roll materials such as fabric, canvas, vinyl, plastic film, paper and polyester, including 100% PE eco-friendly, which opens many new markets. The speed and print quality of the Anapurna M3200 RTR can handle billboards and building wraps with ease.
