Mike Kon Marcus Kon is the founder of Synergy Media and Eco Print Lab. What had originally started as a two-person marketing agency right out of college, has evolved over more than 20 years into an award winning boutique design, merchandising, and marketing company dedicated to innovative brand building under his leadership. His brand work has been seen by millions of people and, because of it, he and his team have been fortunate enough to not only drive social change, but also raise and donate in excess of $300,000 for a number of nonprofit organizations over the years. Marcus is one of the founding members of Allmade, an apparel brand for printers by printers that puts the needs of people and planet first, creating a positive impact you can feel great about. Synergy and Eco are nationally accredited LGBTBEs and Marcus is one of the original members of U.N.I.T.E. Together, a diversity and inclusion initiative in the apparel decorating industry. When not working, you can catch him globetrotting or with Thor, Odin, and Lady Gaga, his three miniature dachshunds.
